Annual LM Reporting Deadline is March 31, 2025 - Reminder for AFSCME calendar year LM filers
The 2024 filing deadline is March 31, 2025 for all calendar-year filers of Forms LM-2, LM-3, or LM-4, pursuant to the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA).
2025 Surety Bond Report and LUAFR Reminder
The 2025 Surety Bond Report is due March 1, 2026, and the 2025 Local Union Annual Financial Report (LUAFR) is due May 15, 2026, or 4½ months after year end for affiliates with non-calendar fiscal years.
