LUAFR REPORT/FORM 990 - REMINDER FOR AFSCME AFFILIATES
The 2025 LUAFR is due 5/15/26 or 4 ½ months after year end for affiliates with non-calendar fiscal years. Retiree Chapters and Subchapters are only required to complete the 2025 Surety Bond Report, and not the 2025 LUAFR. May 15 is also the deadline to submit your IRS 990 Series form (990-N, 990-EZ, or 990) if your fiscal year ends on December 31, 2025. Your 990 must be electronically filed via the IRS web site and is required for all AFSCME affiliates.
